High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) is a versatile manufacturing method for producing various product forms. The process forces molten metal at high speed and high pressure into a closed steel die cavity. The die is mounted to the die casting machine's platens with its stationary and moving halves.
- PEK TECHNIC’s die casting machine park is composed of 10 machines in the range of 300 tons to 750 tons enabling PEK TECHNIC to cast parts with weight ranging from 25gr to 4,5kg.
- All High Pressure Die Casting Machines in the Foundry are supported by mold conditioners, jetcooling systems, high vacuum equipment, dosing and electrical purging furnaces, multi-axis spraying systems, pick-up and spray lubrication robots. Aluminum and Zamac Alloys are consumed as raw material in this department.
